Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, plus two to five years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or service scheduling.
• Ability to perform work independently with strong organizational and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for internal and external clients.
• Ability to manage a large and diverse number of projects, tasks, and issues with tact and persistence.
• Ability to prioritize work activities based on financial impact to business goals.
• Ability to influence diverse teams to accomplish tasks/goals.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule customer calls for service and manage technician/mechanic schedules.
• Collaborate with billing and support to progress completed jobs through the business process.
• Coordinate labor scheduling to align technicians with customer and service needs.
• Communicate action plans and services to customers.
• Ensure work meets customer expectations and follow up as needed.
• Answer inquiries and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Maintain daily schedules and ensure technicians have up-to-date assignments.
• Attend daily team huddles and weekly planning meetings.
• Monitor time and expense reporting and correct unassociated times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
