Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an HVAC Customer Resource Coordinator for an on-site, full-time role in Tulsa, OK. You will receive and schedule service requests, coordinate technician workloads, and ensure timely maintenance and accurate order flow with customers and internal teams.

You will debrief technicians daily, communicate service plans to customers, handle inquiries, and support parts ordering, PO creation, and WIP reconciliation to keep jobs moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or service scheduling.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule customer requests for unscheduled and scheduled service.
• Coordinate labor scheduling to match technicians to service needs.
• Communicate the action plan and services to be provided to the customer.
• Confirm work is completed to customer expectations and follow up as needed.
• Answer inquiries and resolve or escalate issues appropriately.
• Debrief technicians daily and maintain communication with them.
