Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an HVAC Customer Resource Coordinator to receive and schedule service calls, manage technician calendars, and ensure timely preventative maintenance aligned with forecasts. You will debrief daily with field staff, collaborate with billing and support teams, and keep NexGen data up to date.

On-site work is preferred for efficient service delivery. The role requires strong scheduling, communication, and organizational skills, plus 2–5 years in service operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, plus two to five years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or service scheduling.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with internal and external clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with attention to detail and financial impact.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule customer calls for service and manage the technician/mechanic schedule.
• Debrief daily with technicians/mechanics and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with Customer Billing and Customer Support to progress jobs through the process.
• Maintain on-site scheduling and ensure timely preventative maintenance.
• Use NexGen for updating customer account information and scheduling tasks.
