Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, confirming service plans, and ensuring timely service delivery. A strong emphasis on accuracy, teamwork, and customer satisfaction is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with tact and persistence.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule customer service calls.
• Coordinate labor scheduling for technicians.
• Communicate action plans to customers.
• Ensure work meets customer expectations and follow up as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer account information in NxGen.
