Job summary

First Mate Heating & Cooling is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers and to help keep our service schedule organized and our technicians moving efficiently.

You will handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, enter customer data, and coordinate confirmations while supporting field staff to ensure fast, professional service across our local area.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound service calls from customers with professionalism and empathy
• Schedule HVAC service and maintenance appointments efficiently
• Communicate clearly with customers about scheduling and expectations
• Enter accurate customer information and job notes in our system
• Coordinate appointment confirmations and rescheduling when needed
• Assist customers with maintenance plans and membership scheduling
• Support technicians and office staff with basic customer communication
• Help keep the office organized and running smoothly during busy seasons
