Cloud Comfort HVAC is seeking an HVAC Customer Service & Appointment Coordinator to serve as a vital link between customers and our field team. You will answer calls, schedule appointments, answer questions, and keep CRM records accurate to help the day's work run smoothly.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, customer support, or a call center environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, approachable, and customer-focused demeanor.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and digital inquiries with a positive, helpful approach.
• Book, coordinate, and confirm HVAC service appointments.
• Provide information about HVAC services, promotions, and maintenance plans.
• Enter and update customer details in the CRM accurately.
• Coordinate with technicians and dispatchers for efficient scheduling.
