Airtron Heating & Cooling HVAC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily operations by addressing customer needs, handling inquiries, and coordinating with field staff and management. You will manage calls, schedule appointments, assist with sales and service promotions, and process payments and refunds.

The role requires strong communication skills, data entry accuracy, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced onsite office environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of office experience with at least 20% of duties assisting customers over the phone.
• General computer proficiency including 1+ year experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Answers phones, schedules customers and assists with inquiries.
• Provides customer service related to sales, promotions, installations, and communications.
• Processes calls, credit cards, refunds, and appointment scheduling.
• Keeps data entry up to date via emails, texts and other tools to route resources efficiently.
• Maintains customer relations and resolves claims per consumer laws.
