Job summary

White-Recruitment in Orlando seeks a Service Sales Representative to grow its maintenance agreement business within an assigned territory. You will work with facility directors to understand their HVAC and controls maintenance needs, selling renewable service agreements with support from local branches.

Responsibilities include prospecting, client meetings, proposals and closing, plus coordinating kick-off meetings and expanding existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in service/agreement sales.
• Ability to prospect, qualify needs, and present proposals.
• Familiarity with HVAC/controls maintenance is a plus.
• Salesforce experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and meet clients in an assigned territory.
• Prepare proposals and close new business.
