The ideal candidate has 2-3+ years of HVAC sales experience, strong prospecting skills, and a proven ability to close deals.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of progressive sales experience, preferably in HVAC, commercial services, facilities, construction, or a related industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline by engaging prospects, scheduling appointments, and advancing opportunities through the sales process.
• Conduct discovery meetings with facility decision-makers to understand HVAC challenges, goals, and service needs.
• Educate customers on proactive HVAC maintenance, service agreements, and digital service solutions.
