Qualifications
- 2–3 progressive sales roles required.
- Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify, target and qualify prospective new customers.
- Schedule appointments and build a referral network.
- Conduct sales calls to identify needs for heating/cooling, ventilation and control systems.
- Propose solutions with renewable maintenance and digital service offerings.
- Develop proposals and close business monthly.
- Maintain and grow service agreements; support collections.
