Job summary

Hoffman Mechanical Solutions in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Service Sales Representative to drive new HVAC service sales with integrity and customer care. You will present in-person proposals at customers’ facilities and manage the sales process from initial contact to installation.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HVAC sales, a Bachelor’s degree, excellent communication, strong organization, and some travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably HVAC, construction, or service.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, math, or sciences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present in-person proposals at customers' facilities and lead sales presentations.
• Educate potential customers on value and solutions to their issues.
• Refine communication skills and improve customer satisfaction.
• Keep appointments with customers as scheduled and follow up promptly.
• Participate in training and apply knowledge to field work.
• Transfer all information to operations for successful installations and reporting.
• Stay connected with the office and support field activities as needed.
