Job summary

Hoffman Mechanical Solutions, a division of Hoffman & Hoffman, Inc., seeks an Inside Sales Support to provide sales leads and support to the Service Sales Representative. You will determine customer needs and deliver solutions that generate referral-based sales. Employment at will, with ESOP and 401(k) benefits.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced HVAC environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales/account management experience, preferably HVAC, construction or service.
• Bachelor's degree (engineering, math, or sciences preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Mine information to help sales staff be successful.
• Prepare estimates and quote letters for sales staff as needed.
• Drive new sales for the company with professional integrity.
• Determine customer needs and provide solutions to generate referral-based sales.
• Assist with sales presentations using approved materials.
• Educate potential customers on value and benefits.
• Refine communication and improve customer satisfaction processes.
