Job summary

Hoffman & Hoffman Inc. is hiring a Service Sales Representative to drive new HVAC-related sales by meeting with customers, presenting tailored proposals, and delivering exceptional service.

You will educate clients, manage schedules, and coordinate with the operations team to ensure accurate project handoffs. The role requires 5+ years in sales (HVAC or related), a Bachelor’s degree in engineering/math/science, and strong communication, organization, and travel flexibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably HVAC, construction or service.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, math or sciences.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Present in-person proposals at customers’ facilities.
• Perform sales presentations using approved materials.
• Educate potential customers on value and solutions.
• Maintain appointments and follow-up with clients.
• Coordinate with operations after sales and ensure proper documentation.
