Job summary

Hoffman Mechanical Solutions, a division of Hoffman & Hoffman, Inc., is seeking a Service Sales Representative to drive new HVAC service sales at customers' facilities and generate referral-based opportunities. You will present in-person proposals and educate customers on value.

The role requires 5+ years in sales (HVAC/Construction), a Bachelor's degree in engineering, math, or sciences, excellent communication, and the ability to travel occasionally, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in sales, preferably HVAC, Construction or Service.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferably in engineering, math, or the sciences)

Responsibilities

• Present in-person proposals at Customers' facility
• Perform sales presentations using approved materials
• Educate potential customers on value
• Refine communication skills and improve customer satisfaction processes
• Keep appointments with customers as scheduled
• Participate in training as requested and needed
• Transfer information to operations team for installation and reporting
• Stay in contact with office and work from the office when not in the field
• Follow procedures for generating referrals
• Participate in sales meetings
• Represent the company professionally
