Job summary

Hoffman Mechanical Solutions, a division of Hoffman & Hoffman, Inc., is seeking an Inside Sales Support to provide sales leads and support to the Service Sales Representative. You will determine customer needs and provide solutions that drive referral-based sales, while maintaining professional standards and robust customer service.

The role requires 2+ years in inside sales, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ inside sales/account management experience (HVAC/Construction/Service preferred).
• Bachelor's degree preferred (engineering/math/sciences).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with proactive work prioritization.
• Professional appearance and customer-care mindset.

Responsibilities

• Mine information to help sales staff be successful.
• Prepare estimates and quotes for sales staff as needed.
• Drive new sales for the company in a professional manner.
• Determine customer needs and provide solutions to generate referrals.
• Assist with sales presentations using approved materials.
• Educate potential customers on value and benefits.
• Refine communication and customer satisfaction processes.
