Job summary

Hoffman Mechanical Solutions, a division of Hoffman & Hoffman, Inc., seeks a Service Sales Representative to drive new HVAC sales and provide solutions at customer facilities. The role emphasizes professional conduct, solution-based selling, and strong referrals.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales (HVAC/related) and a Bachelor's degree. You will present proposals, educate customers on value, manage sales follow-up, and coordinate with operations to ensure successful installations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in sales, preferably HVAC, Construction or Service.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferably in engineering, math, or the sciences)

Responsibilities

• Present in-person proposals at Customers' facility
• Perform sales presentations, as outlined in company selling process
• Educate potential customers on value
• Refine communication skills and improve customer satisfaction processes
• Keep appointments with customers as scheduled
• Participate in training as requested and needed
• Must demonstrate learning-retention and field-level application of knowledge and skills attained from all trainings provided
• Transfer all required information to the operations department and complete required sales reporting
• Stay in contact with the office and work from the office when not in the field
• Follow company procedures for generating referrals
• Participate in sales meeting
• Represent the company professionally
