Job summary

You will coordinate labor and materials within financial standards and communicate with Field Technicians and Service Managers daily.

Qualifications

• Certificate/degree from college or technical school with 1 year related experience.
• Or 3 years related experience with HS Diploma/GED.
• Excellent customer service skills; comfortable on the phone.
• Organized with ability to multi-task and prioritize interruptions.
• Familiar with Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates service resources, dispatches and assigns team members to project.
• Schedules personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on project needs.
• Interacts with Project Managers and HVAC Field Technician Supervisor to assign technicians.
• Maintains customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and special requests.
• Generates work orders and prepares project paperwork and reports.
