Qualifications

• Certificate/degree from college or technical school; 1 year related experience and/or training, or 3 years related experience.
• Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; practical experience prioritized.
• Must have excellent Customer Service skills and be comfortable on the phone.
• Must be organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize interruptions.
• Strong attention to detail in fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends.
• Familiarity with Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems and/or Temperature Controls preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service resources and dispatch team members to projects.
• Schedule personnel, materials, subcontractors, and equipment based on needs.
• Communicate with Project Managers and HVAC Field Technician Supervisor to assign technicians.
• Coordinate operations with Parts Department and Acquisition as needed.
• Investigate concerns and maintain customer satisfaction; respond to special requests.
• Generate work orders and reports and forward paperwork to Project Administrators.
