Qualifications

• Requires a college/technical certificate or 1 year related experience, or 3 years with HS diploma.
• Prioritize practical experience and alignment with leadership principles.
• Excellent customer service skills and phone proficiency.
• Able to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates service resources, dispatches and assigns team members to project.
• Schedules personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on needs and availability.
• Interacts with Project Managers and HVAC Technicians to assign and dispatch technicians.
• Coordinates with Parts Department and Acquisition as needed.
• Maintains customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and routing requests.
• Generates work orders and reports; reviews project paperwork.
