Job summary

Trane Technologies in Brea, CA is seeking a Service Coordinator II to plan, coordinate, and direct activities of operational resources, ensuring timely execution of service agreements and repairs while coordinating with Field Technicians and Service Managers.

This role requires a certificate/degree and 1 year related experience or 3 years with HS diploma, strong customer service on the phone, multitasking, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.

Qualifications

• Certificate/degree from college or technical school; or equivalent training.
• 1 year related experience and/or training if college degree is present.
• Three years of related experience and/or training with HS Diploma/GED.
• Must have excellent Customer Service skills and be comfortable on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates service resources, dispatches and assigns team members to project.
• Schedules personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on project needs.
• Interacts with Project Managers and HVAC Field Technician Supervisor to assign/dispatch technicians.
• Coordinates operations interaction with Parts Department and Acquisition as necessary.
• Maintains customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and special requests.
• Generates work orders and project paperwork; prepares reports.
