Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in service operations management or dispatch/scheduling.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritize work based on financial impact to goals.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in basic project accounting or costing principles.
• Ability to positively represent Johnson Controls to diverse levels.
• Ability to influence diverse teams to achieve tasks.

Aufgaben

• Own the day-to-day service business and ensure defined processes are followed.
• Partner with Truck Based Service Managers and Customer Service Representatives to support forecasting and financial performance.
• Directly supervise the service business support team (account management, asset management, invoicing, file maintenance, service order posting).
• Coach and support branch service teams on best practices and service applications.
• Serve as SME for service processes and application actualization across local service org.
• Ensure training, communication, measurement, and reinforcement of processes and apps.
