Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced HVAC service leader to own day-to-day branch operations, drive service processes, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting financial goals. Under the supervision of the Branch Service Manager, you will coach the service team and forecast workloads to optimize performance.

A Bachelor’s degree in HVAC or equivalent experience is required, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ensures training, communication, and reinforcement of processes.
• Maintains delivery standards for profitable growth and customer satisfaction.
• Handles related duties to support service customers and strategy execution.
