Johnson Controls in Miami seeks an experienced HVAC Branch Service Manager to lead day-to-day service operations, drive branch performance, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will manage service processes and coach teams to meet financial and service goals.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in service operations, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining metrics.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years' service industry experience managing service operations or dispatch/scheduling.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational and detail skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication with internal and external clients.
• Ability to manage many projects and tasks with tact and persistence.
• Ability to prioritize work based on financial impact.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with basic project accounting or costing principles.

Responsabilidades

• Owns day-to-day local service business and ensures customer satisfaction.
• Forecast, analyze, and drive service business processes with other managers.
• Direct supervision of service business support teams (accounts, invoicing, file maintenance).
• Provide coaching to branch service teams on processes and applications.
• Lead implementation of service applications and best practices.
• Ensure training, communication and measurement of processes.
• Maintain delivery standards for sustainable profitable growth.
• Perform other duties related to customer satisfaction and service strategy.
