Johnson Controls in Richmond, VA is seeking an HVAC Customer Resource Coordinator to ensure smooth service operations by coordinating customer requests, technician schedules, and the daily flow of work for timely maintenance and completed service jobs.

Under supervision, you will receive and schedule service calls, manage technician calendars, debrief daily, and assist with parts orders, PO creation, and time reporting. You'll also keep NxGen data current and participate in daily team huddles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2–5 years in service operations or scheduling.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and liaise with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule customer requests for unscheduled and scheduled service.
• Coordinate labor scheduling to match technicians and calls.
• Communicate action plans and services to customers directly.
• Confirm work completion and follow up with customers as needed.
• Debrief technicians daily and maintain communication with them.
• Support service visits, parts ordering, PO creation, and time reporting.
• Maintain customer account information in NxGen and reconcile time/expenses.
• Attend daily huddles and weekly planning meetings.
