ARS-Rescue Rooter in the United States is seeking a seasoned HVAC Service Manager to lead and optimize the residential HVAC service team in Indiana. You will hire, train, schedule, and coach technicians while ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes budget management, labor optimization, and achievement of monthly revenue goals, with responsibility for daily operations of service calls and repairs. A valid driver's license and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of HVAC service management experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, heating and air conditioning service, and HVAC code compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HVAC service team, including hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management
• Evaluates workload and schedules service work to maximize profits and stay within budget
• Ensure HVAC service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
• Achieves monthly budgeted revenue
• Oversee daily operations of residential HVAC service calls and repairs
• Monitor labor costs, materials, equipment, and expenses to maintain service department profitability
• Conduct job site inspections and ensure compliance with HVAC codes and safety standards
• Provide hands-on training and development for HVAC service technicians
• Lead regular technician meetings and monitor KPIs
• Schedules repairs for parts to ensure minimal down-time in job completion
• Reviews payroll records to ensure proper pay and record keeping
