The role focuses on strategic planning, coaching, and driving profitability through pricing initiatives and performance optimization, while managing a large team of Comfort Advisors and Sales Managers.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing multi-location teams in customer-facing sales.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop managers.
• Experience in HVAC/plumbing or home services is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize sales performance across the region.
• Design and implement pricing strategies to improve margin and profitability.
• Enhance the sales process with value-driven presentations and credibility-building tactics.
• Lead coaching and development for Sales Managers and Comfort Advisors.
• Establish and achieve monthly/annual revenue and profit projections.
• Monitor market trends to refine pricing and stay competitive.
• Collaborate with Marketing to generate leads and support brand initiatives.
