ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking an Assistant HVAC Sales Manager to lead and coach a residential in-home sales team, working closely with the Sales Manager to improve performance and close rates. This role supports weekend operations and partners with retail locations to boost lead generation and sales effectiveness.

The position offers robust benefits; compensation ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 with potential for bonuses and growth within a national service organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home sales leadership experience (HVAC industry strongly preferred).
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus.
• Comfort with basic math and system sizing calculations.
• Strong communication and coaching ability.
• Goal-driven mindset with a passion for helping sales teams succeed.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly HVAC sales targets.
• Motivate, coach, and guide Comfort Advisors to improve close rates and performance.
• Lead sales meetings and provide field coaching as needed.
• Assist with weekend sales operations when required (Saturday/Sunday).
• Support and oversee retail lead generation efforts and travel to partner store locations as needed.
• Track and analyze key sales metrics and report performance to retail partners and leadership.
• Help maintain consistent sales processes, training, and accountability within the team.
