You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, training, and KPI tracking to ensure profitable service delivery. A strong background in residential HVAC systems, codes, and leadership is required, along with a valid driver's license and excellent

Qualifications

• 3 years of HVAC service management experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, heating and air conditioning service, and HVAC code compliance.
• 6-8 years of experience in HVAC service.
• A High School diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Strong leadership, communication, computer, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HVAC service team, including hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Evaluates workload and schedules service work to maximize profits and stay within budget.
• Ensure HVAC service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Achieves monthly budgeted revenue.
• Oversee daily operations of residential HVAC service calls and repairs.
• Monitor labor costs, materials, equipment, and expenses to maintain profitability.
• Conduct job site inspections and ensure compliance with HVAC codes and safety standards.
• Provide hands-on training and development for HVAC service technicians.
• Lead regular technician meetings and monitor KPIs.
• Ensure materials and equipment are ordered and dispensed for scheduled jobs; manage material expense within budget.
• Reviews payroll records to ensure proper payment and record keeping.
• May conduct job site inspections.
• Assist dispatching to ensure appropriate technician selection.
• Monitor preventive maintenance of vehicles.
• Evaluate staff to determine training requirements.
• Oversees facility and equipment maintenance, ensuring assets are protected and controlled.
• Observe all safety and Company rules and regulations.
