CareerPaths NW, LLC is seeking a driven Service Maintenance Sales Representative to prospect and close HVAC and Plumbing service maintenance contracts across an Everett to Tacoma, WA territory. The role combines field sales with a home- or office-based setup, requiring strong prospecting and relationship-building to win new business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling HVAC service maintenance contracts.
• Strong prospecting and business development skills.
• Familiarity with the Everett to Tacoma market is preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated with ability to work from home or office.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell HVAC and Plumbing service maintenance contracts within the Everett to Tacoma territory.
• Generate new business through cold outreach, walk-ins, past customers, cross-selling, and WA state permit sites.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract close.
• Set appointments from home or office while maintaining field presence.
• Participate in weekly team meetings.
• Identify and pursue opportunities in Tacoma market.
• Collaborate with service technicians and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and renewals.
