Carrier is seeking an experienced sales professional to promote innovative HVAC rental solutions in the Pacific Northwest, within commuting distance to Tukwila, WA. The role focuses on growing accounts and building lasting customer partnerships while meeting annual sales targets.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HVAC sales or related roles, can travel up to half the time, and demonstrates strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years in inside/outside HVAC sales, technical sales, or HVAC technician experience.
• Ability to pass an MVR background check.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the assigned territory and accounts through the sales of temporary HVAC and power equipment.
• Develop long-term relationships and build partnerships with the customer.
• Achieve annual sales targets and promote growth of rental services while managing cash flow.
• Consult with customers for requirements of emergency and planned rental projects.
• Develop account management skills and provide customers with superior value and service.
