Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associates degree in engineering or related field preferred with 3–5 years of related experience; or technical certificate with 5 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Create quotes for service maintenance agreements and repairs for Account Managers and Controls Service Account Managers.
• Estimate costs including materials, subcontractors, equipment, labor, and other related activities.
• Develop detailed scope from design-build requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates with vendor quotes and scope definitions.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and potential risk items for various projects.
• Stay current with industry standards to maintain competitive advantage.
• Develop scope of work for subcontractors.
• Negotiate prices with vendors and subcontractors to optimize job costs.
• Attend pre-bid meetings to align scope and strategy.
