• Prepare cost estimates including materials, labor, sub-contractors and equipment.
• Develop scope with vendor quotes and detailed cost breakdowns.
• Price purchased equipment and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead pre-bid meetings with Account Managers to review scope and strategy.
