Job summary

The role requires 3–5 years in cost estimating or HVAC project work, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bids in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Create quotes for service maintenance agreements and all service repairs.
• Develops detailed cost estimates including scope, vendors, and labor.
• Identify possible cost saving opportunities and risks for projects.
• Negotiate with vendors/sub-contractors to optimize job costs.
• Hold pre-bid meetings with Account Managers to review scope and strategy.
• Participate in lean improvements activities.

Responsibilities

• Create quotes and cost estimates for service maintenance and repairs.
• Support Account Managers with bids and pricing decisions.
• Develop detailed cost estimates with scope, exclusions, and vendor quotes.
• Identify savings opportunities and manage risk items.

• Contribute to lean improvement initiatives.
