Job summary

EMCOR Group is seeking an on-site dispatcher to support service and maintenance accounts in the San Leandro area. You will coordinate technicians, manage calls, and ensure timely and orderly project execution while assisting the Branch Manager with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include handling service requests, verifying data on work orders, scheduling, dispatching, and coordinating with billing and purchasing. Prior experience in HVAC or related fields is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service background required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent a plus.
• General computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Take client service calls and open jobs as needed following procedures.
• Check work orders for proper addressing, labor hours, and billing details.
• Schedule calls and coordinate with technicians and sales support.
• Dispatch technicians for maintenance and service calls.
• Verify times and job status; create job files and use Coins.
