Responsibilities

• Dispatch & Scheduling: Receive and manage incoming service requests from customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls, preventive maintenance visits, and emergency service requests.
• Monitor technician schedules and job progress to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate workflow and adjust schedules to address changing priorities and urgent service needs.
• Create and maintain service work orders, job files, and related documentation.
