EMCOR Services Mesa Energy is seeking an organized dispatcher/administrative support to assist the local office in coordinating service and maintenance accounts within a designated area in California. You will work with technicians and sales staff to ensure timely project execution and support the Branch Manager with general administrative tasks.

The role requires communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and familiarity with HVAC service processes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service background required.
• General computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Previous HVAC industry experience a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent a plus.

Responsabilités

• Take client service calls and open jobs following proper procedures.
• Check all work orders for addressing, labor hours, numbers and dates before billing.
• Schedule calls along with previously scheduled work.
• Dispatch technicians on maintenance and service calls.
• Verify times and job status; create job number and file; dispatch emergencies and scheduled work.
• Enter materials and work summaries from tickets; research costs if needed.
• Maintain payroll logs and timesheets; route to HR/payroll.
