Job summary

Sierra Pacific Home & Comfort is seeking an organized HVAC Installation Dispatcher to coordinate installation crews, customers, and internal teams. You will keep installations properly scheduled, prepared, and moving efficiently from sold job through completion.

Responsibilities include dispatching crews, communicating changes, and maintaining accurate notes in ServiceTitan. Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Google Sheets is required, with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, construction, dispatch, or home-improvement coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC installation crews based on job requirements and availability.
• Coordinate communication between installers, customers, Design Supervisors, Operations, and warehouse.
• Review upcoming jobs to ensure equipment, materials, permits, and documentation are ready.
• Monitor installation schedules and resolve delays or conflicts.
• Communicate installation dates, arrival windows, and schedule changes to customers.
• Support installation crews with job information and scheduling needs.
