Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, dispatching, or administrative support.
• Experience in HVAC, mechanical, or service industry is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, and dispatch incoming service requests.
• Identify appropriate technician and schedule work.
• Answer incoming calls with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Finalize work orders and prepare for customer invoicing.
• Maintain refrigerant management documentation.
