Job summary

• Proficient with computer software; learn new systems.
• Geographical knowledge or map-reading is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch for service technicians and customers.
• Provide scheduling for service requests via phone and email.
• Support customer service across departments.
• Manage material procurement and warranty management.
• Forecast workload and keep forecasts updated.
• Coordinate transportation movements of technician teams.
• Complete billing data entry and warranty documentation.
