Job summary

Trane Technologies in Providence, RI is hiring a Service Coordinator to plan, dispatch, and manage service resources for projects. You will coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to financial standards.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED and excels at phone communication, multitasking, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment. Overtime and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED required.
• Excellent Customer Service skills; must be comfortable on the phone.
• Organized with ability to multi-task and prioritize interruptions.
• Detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Overtime/weekends may be required.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates service resources, dispatches and assigns team members to project.
• Schedules personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability.
• Interacts with Project Managers and HVAC Technicians to assign/dispatch.
• Coordinates operations with Parts Department and Acquisition as necessary.
• Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns and responding to requests.
• Generates work orders and project paperwork, and generates reports.
