Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching or project management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proactive, accountable, self-motivated and highly organized multitasker with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, especially under pressure.
• Familiarity with Service Titan and HVAC dispatching is ideal (will train for right person).
• Team player who is a self-starter and able to learn independently.
• Confident in utilizing and learning new software programs.
• Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills.
• Must enjoy helping and working with others.
