Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Service Coordinator II in Rio Grande to plan, coordinate, and direct activities of service resources, ensuring timely execution of service agreements and repairs while maintaining financial standards.

The role involves coordinating labor and materials, interfacing with Field Technicians and Service Managers, and maintaining strong customer relations across projects. On-site work schedule is 5 days, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certificate/degree from college or technical school with one year related experience.
• Three years of related experience with HS Diploma/GED.
• Excellent Customer Service and phone skills.
• Organized, able to multi-task and prioritize interruptions.
• Strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
• Flexibility for overtime and weekends.
• Familiarity with Energy Management Systems, HVAC or temperature controls (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service resources and dispatch team members.
• Schedule personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment.
• Communicate with Project Managers and HVAC technicians to assign/dispatch staff.
• Coordinate with Parts Department and Acquisition.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing concerns.
• Generate work orders and relevant project paperwork and reports.
