The role focuses on prospecting, presenting, and closing service agreement sales with a strong potential for growth into commercial equipment sales.

The position offers a base pay of $37,000 to $55,000 plus commission, with potential annual earnings of $100,000+ and standard hours, Monday to Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm.

Qualifications

• 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and develop key account plans/ROI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience giving client presentations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Present the company to potential commercial customers.
• Obtain service agreement sales that fit customer needs and are profitable.
• Maintain accountable sales activities and develop relationships with commercial clients.
• Prospect new business for Commercial HVAC Maintenance Agreement Sales and Upgrades.
• Perform cold calls and in-person meetings with potential customers.
