The role offers a base salary in the low to mid 30s to mid 50s with commission potential and a realistic total earnings target above six figures for strong performers.

Qualifications

• 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and develop ROI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience giving oral and written presentations to clients.
• Extremely organized and timely in tasks and projects.
• Time and activity management skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC industry is recommended but not required.
• Strong sales aptitude and ability to close deals.

Responsibilities

• Presenting the company to potential commercial customers.
• Obtaining commercial service agreement sales that fit customers’ needs and are profitable.
• Accountable sales activities and customer relationships with commercial clients.
• Prospecting new business for Commercial HVAC Maintenance Agreement Sales and Upgrades.
• Cold calling and in-person meetings with potential new customers.
