Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 3+ years in HVAC sales or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 20 lbs and work safely around rooftops, mechanical rooms, and elevated platforms as needed.
• Ability to meet company driving requirements, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, research, and qualify potential customers using installed base, referrals, internal leads, directories, and competitors.
• Make effective sales presentations, conduct customer needs assessments, and secure new service agreements.
• Establish rapport and identify needs, budget, decision-making process, and next steps.
• Develop proposals to address customer needs and close sales; use CRM to manage interactions and pipeline.
• Perform site surveys and facility walkthroughs to identify equipment needs and create maintenance agreement proposals.
