Amber Mechanical Contractors INC—Alsip, IL is seeking a HVAC Service Agreement Sales professional to engage building and business owners for service agreements and project work. The role focuses on prospecting, presenting, and closing service agreement sales with a strong potential for growth into commercial equipment sales.

The position offers a base pay of $37,000 to $55,000 plus commission, with potential annual earnings of $100,000+ and standard hours, Monday to Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm.

Qualifications

• 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and develop key account plans/ROI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience giving client presentations is a plus.

Responsabilités

We are Hiring a HVAC Maintenance Agreement Sales - B2B Salesperson

This position will present information to building and business owners for service agreements and service project work; prospecting, presenting, and closing service agreement sales. The successful candidate will have a B2B service sales experience. Potential growth into commercial equipment sales.

Job Title: HVAC Service Agreement Sales

Pay: $37,000 to $55,000 base + Commission. Potential annual earnings $100,000 +

Work Hours: Monday through Friday | 7:00am to 4:00pm

Position Overview:

• Presenting the company to potential commercial customers
• Obtaining commercial service agreement sales that fit customers need, and that are competitive and profitable
• Accountable sales activities and customer relationships between the company and commercial clients

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
