Qualifications

• Prior sales experience (B2B preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Strong time management and self-motivation.
• Experience HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical systems is a plus.
• Background in technical or product sales is preferred.
• Experience estimating construction or service projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold outreach (phone and in-person) to generate leads.
• Meet with property managers, business owners, and decision-makers.
• Navigate gatekeepers and secure meetings with key contacts.
• Identify and qualify commercial service agreement opportunities.
• Use tools and data to target properties and time your outreach effectively.
