Job summary

A&E Plumbing, Heating & Air in Hood River, OR is seeking a Schedule/Dispatch Coordinator to manage the daily schedules of our HVAC technicians, dispatch crews, and ensure service calls are handled efficiently.

The ideal candidate has experience in scheduling or customer service, excellent communication skills, can multitask in a fast-paced environment, and is familiar with scheduling software. Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm; we offer competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Resolve scheduling conflicts and handle emergency service requests; ensure accurate record-keeping of appointments and customer information.
