Job summary

A&E Plumbing, Heating & Air in Oregon is seeking a Schedule/Dispatch Coordinator to manage HVAC technician schedules, dispatch work orders, and ensure timely service deliveries.

You will communicate with customers, coordinate with technicians, and maintain accurate appointment records. 2–3 years of scheduling/dispatching experience preferred; hours 7:30am–4:30pm; pay $20.00–$26.00 per hour with benefits including retirement, health, PTO, vision, and wellness resources.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in scheduling, dispatching, or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the scheduling system for service appointments.
