Job summary

Prudential Heating & Air Conditioning in Louisville is looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to help customers schedule HVAC service and maintenance, and to ensure their needs are clearly communicated to the right team members.

You will handle calls and emails, book appointments, assist with changes and billing questions, and collaborate with Dispatch to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficient with computers and common office software.
• Willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and respond to emails, messages, and voicemails.
• Ask questions to understand customers’ needs and book service and maintenance appointments.
• Assist with appointment changes, customer concerns, and follow-up calls.
• Enter accurate customer and appointment information in SuccessWare.
• Communicate important appointment details to Dispatch and other team members.
• Help customers with routine service, billing, and payment questions.
• Follow company processes and provide a positive customer experience.
